The API, CLI and MCP return github_connection_revoked with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

The workspace’s GitHub App installation was removed or can no longer be used. Run ‘ohmyhost github connect —organization ULID —idempotency-key NEW_KEY —json’ with a new key (an earlier key only replays the old connection), send the customer its authorization_url, repeat that command with the same new key until status is connected, then repeat the original source link. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
