The API, CLI and MCP return mail_capacity_unavailable with HTTP 503. Repeating the same request, with the same idempotency key, after a wait can succeed.

Report this request ID through feedback. The stored mail setup continues automatically once ohmyho.st has capacity; follow mail status and keep the original idempotency key. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
