The API, CLI and MCP return mail_domain_conflict with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

Use the sender domain already configured for this project, or retire it with ‘ohmyhost mail domain delete’ (repeat while the removal is pending) and then set up the new domain; a domain registered to another project cannot be set up. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
